The location of the lodge was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shops. The staff at the lodge were friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed.
The rooms at the lodge were outdated and in need of refurbishment. The furnishings and amenities were worn out and the overall cleanliness was questionable.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was right on the main street, making it convenient to access all the amenities and attractions in town. The room we stayed in had a kitchenette, which was a great bonus. We were able to cook our own meals in the mornings and save some money. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very informative and friendly, making our stay more enjoyable.
The rooms at this hotel definitely need some updating. They were old and dated, and the bathrooms were small and clunky.

I was completely amazed at the value for the room and the size. I was booked in a suite and had no idea how large it would be and how nice. So close to everything and within walking distance to all shopping. It does not have curb appeal and would not think that the rooms are as nice as they are from the outside appearance.

We liked the facilities and the location. I liked the lap pool for swimming and the whirlpool tubs for relaxation. The location is very good because it is within walking distance of the town square of Jackson. It is also very close to restaurants and shopping. The queen suite was very spacious and also had a full kitchen.

We stayed at the Lodge for our road trip for two weeks and it is one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed at. The staff was nice upon arrival and the location is great, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room had a good size and the beds had comfy pillows. The views were amazing too, especially being so close to Grand Teton National Park.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We wanted to see the mountains and Jenny Lake. We were on our way to Denver to see our grandchildren in Denver. The lodge was adequate, but somewhat difficult because of the lack of an elevator. Upgrading could be helpful, mould on the caulking. Sign on railing. "Do not lean on railing for your own safety" was a bit scary. We did like the location and the ability to walk to town to eat and browse.

Convenient location in town. It was within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
Because the pool and hot tub were in another building, we were not able to use it because it was cold outside.
